about RUBYFRUIT:
mobile coffee + matcha
We are a mobile coffee and matcha cart serving New Jersey and all five boroughs in NYC. Our bread and butter is in coffee cart catering + matcha bar experiences, and specialty beverage services for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, private parties, and celebrations of all kinds. We bring the coffee shop experience directly to your venue with our handcrafted drinks, unique presentation, and personalized hospitality that makes every event feel extra special.
Nicole and Mac are the caffeine-lovers behind RUBYFRUIT. Not only did their love-story ignite at a coffee shop, but they also connected over their marketing backgrounds and desire to chase all things creative. Combining their shared passions for really good lattes and event planning: RUBYFRUIT was born. In their eyes, a latte is so much more than your daily dose of caffeine. It’s your antidote to Sunday scaries. It’s catching up with your favorite person. It’s the finishing touch to accessorize your outfit. It’s a little daily ritual, a creative outlet, and an extension of your personality. And that’s exactly what they want to bring to every event. A little caffeine, some whimsy and a whole lot of joy.
